Royston and Lund Estate Agents was formed in West Bridgford, Nottingham in 1994. It has now grown from the single office to include a dedicated lettings and survey department and a further residential sales branch in Bingham and is firmly established as one of South Nottinghamshire’s premier estate agency groups.

The sales statistics of the group speak for themselves with total sales value since inception topping a staggering £600 Million.

The company remains totally independent with all of the directors playing an active role in the daily running of the business ensuring continuity to the loyal client base.

Royston and Lund have only ever employed experienced sales staff and the team based at all three offices know the market inside out.

One of the interesting things about the success of the business has been the number of returning customers. Speaking about this, Director Chris Royston says “we are now selling homes for people for the third and fourth time as they have moved up the property ladder. I guess that is partly down to having been here since 1994, but also doing a good job for them and delivering what many others promise”
Much emphasis has been placed on customer feedback with Gary Lund the Managing Director being responsible for all aspects of the quality within the business. This covers areas as diverse as staff training right through to the day to day management of the branches and individuals customer interaction.

There are no plans to make Royston and Lund a national mega business, but rather to continue to concentrate in the areas they know best and keep it as a great place to work and an even better company to do business with.
